On February 7, 2026, The Legacy Action and Royal Development Initiatives (LARDIN), in collaboration with BANSI Women, hosted a special Valentine’s Day Roundtable Conversation in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, bringing together dynamic women leaders and professionals for an evening of dialogue, reflection, and strategic engagement.
Held in a warm and intimate setting, the gathering created a safe and empowering space for women to connect, share experiences, and explore collaborative opportunities focused on economic growth and environmental sustainability.
Purpose of the Roundtable
The event was designed to:
• Foster conversations around women’s economic empowerment in the United States
• Address the importance of environmental awareness and sustainability in community development
• Explore cross-continental partnerships to empower women in Cameroon and across Africa
• Strengthen networks among women leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates

1. Economic Growth for Women in the USA
