Who We Are
Legacy Action and Royal Development Initiatives (LARDIN) is a U.S.-registered nonprofit organization advancing inclusive, community-led development in the United States, Cameroon, and through international partnerships.
LARDIN works at the intersection of education, women’s and girls’ empowerment, gender equality, disability inclusion, child protection, health equity, food security, livelihoods, and environmental sustainability. We partner with communities and institutions to develop practical solutions that strengthen resilience, expand opportunity, protect vulnerable populations, and promote sustainable development.
LARDIN also engages with international development and environmental processes and is accredited by the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), reflecting our engagement in global efforts addressing land degradation, drought, sustainable land management, climate resilience, and related development challenges.
Our approach is rooted in community participation, partnership, advocacy, capacity building, innovation, and measurable action.
